This photograph appeared in the Evening Dispatch on the 3rd of November 1948 with the caption: Cubs and Scouts of 107th Edinburgh (Craiglockhart) Group are busy making articles for sale at their Scout Fair, to be held in Slateford Public Hall, Longstone Road, on Saturday. The fair is to be opened by Treasurer James Miller, and the proceeds will form the nucleus of a building fund to enable the Group to purchase its own headquarters.
